The API has five operations and is included in Standard and Platform.

Your system decides when a certificate is issued

Courses and sign-ups stay in your system, and Beviset handles the certificates themselves. This is how the tasks are split when a certificate is issued through the API.

From completed course to certificate

Follow a certificate through the integration. Run the example, or click through the four steps.

Step 1 of 4: The participant finishes. Your platform registers that Amira has completed module 3.

Simplified example. The exact fields are in the API documentation.

Security and operations

This applies to every organisation that issues certificates with Beviset.

Data separated per organisation
Each organisation sees and manages only its own certificates.
Scoped API permissions
API access is limited to the actions it is used for.
Controlled updates
Changes are tested in a separate environment before they go live and can be rolled back.
Audit trail
Changes are logged, so they can be traced afterwards.

Can you help connect our system?

Yes.

Tell us which system you use and what should happen when a participant finishes. Then we agree on how to build the integration and who does what. Once it is up and running, your system issues the certificates automatically as participants finish.

Rules first, then code

Whoever is responsible for the course

Decide when a certificate should be issued, what details it should contain and whether it should expire. That takes no code. You can start in the admin area with 10 free certificates while the integration is being built.

The developer

Connects your system to the API, so it sends the recipient and the course to Beviset when a participant finishes. The fields the API accepts are described in the documentation.
