Questions about pricing and terms

What do the 10 free certificates include?

Before you choose a plan, you can issue 10 new certificates free of charge. You can only do this once.

What if we need more certificates than the plan includes?

That is what extra certificates are for: new certificates you buy separately. They do not expire and can be used on top of your subscription, for example in a busy period. Write to us if you expect to need them, and we will agree on the number and the price.

Can the certificates still be verified if we cancel?

Yes. Certificates that have already been issued can still be verified after you cancel, so recipients can keep sharing their links. The verification page still shows the current status, including whether a certificate has expired or been revoked.

Do the prices include VAT, and which currency are they in?

The prices are per month, in euro and excl. VAT.

What if we issue more than 2,000 certificates per month?

Then contact us. Above 2,000 new certificates per month there is no fixed plan, so we agree the terms with you. Tell us how many you expect and which systems you use.
